My workout routines were well designed to give a complete workout for the day. I was working out with him 3 times a week but never got bored of exercises because he explained me how to do right forms and how it impacts my body.Working out with him for a year, I completely transformed my body strength without any pain or injuries.. When l began, my rule was simple: "Do Not Kill me." I was diagnosed with tendinitis, Carpal Tunnel and anything that can be diagnosed for my hands, l had it on both hands! I had a lot of restrictions that made Wes's job as my personal trainer very difficult. Wes started by trying to understand what was the cause of my issues. He introduced me to rolling on foam roller- when l started l was so tight that l really wished l could use pain killers before working out...gradually l improved that I am almost normal. Wes understands a lot of medical diagnosis, if he doesn't know or understand, he'll do research to help him to help his customers out. I am lucky to have him for a personal trainer! Through all his knowledge and motivation, I have learned beyond just "doing a workout", I have learned how to do the exercises in detail, and why I should do them to benefit me. Training and working out with Wes is more than just a "workout" it's learning more about my body and things about it I had no idea of, and helps me live more pain free. The way Wes explains things has been extremely beneficial and I am better able to help my clients because of him. He is such a versatile and flexible trainer who is willing to hear you out on whatever fitness goals you have. For me, I had the goal of deadlifting over 135lbs last year and felt like it was impossible. Wes helped me out with my deadlift form and made sure I got the right biomechanics down with each movement. Because of Wes's sharp and keen eye, my deadlift form became pristine in which i was able to deadlift over 200lbs within a span of 3-4 months.
Wes is definitely full of wisdom and knowledge and will answer questions to the best of his ability from what he's learned. He's definitely an honest guy who will help you, not only fitness related things, but will definitely give good conversations about anything! read less

I was diagnosed about as a teenager with a disease of the connective tissue, and doctors had been telling me for years that I'd always be weak and grossly underweight. I've had multiple surgeries on my lungs, developed asthma and respiratory problems, and had significant joint issues that made exercising seem impossible.
When Wes began training me a few years ago, I was 6' tall and just 108 lbs, and fresh off another lung surgery. I had no idea what I was doing, but he went above and beyond to design routines and adapt exercises for my physical limitations, progressively tailored them as I went from beginner to regular gym-goer, designed a diet for me, and introduced me to supplements, and taught me to love fitness. Within just the first few months, I had already gained over 30 lbs in muscle. Today I'm a solid 160 lbs and my doctors are STILL shocked by the transformation nobody thought could ever happen. I'm happier and healthier than I've ever been, and I seriously owe it all to Wes. read less

He individualized each session and taught me the what, how, and why of each exercise. Not only did I learn proper form, but he taught me the appropriate macronutrients of a healthy diet. After training with Wes, I lost over 25lbs, 7% BF, and 17 inches! He rebuilt my confidence and I am so grateful I was able to train with him. His passion is infectious changing me from a casual gym goer to someone who sets goals and achieved them for my overall health. In and out of the gym Wes is available for information or inspiration. Truly a someone who loves what they are doing and it shows in his passionate approach to health and fitness.
In all honesty, his methods compared to previous personal trainers are night and day. He pays great attention to detail and works with you until you have the proper form/technique; as well as educating you on the mechanics of the movement to perform the movement safely with maximum efficiency. His patience and guidance have helped me work around and overcome injuries and I've come back stronger/fitter than ever before. All this combined has really helped me get back into the gym and stay at 100%. read less

He is very knowledgeable in what he does and truly designs his program around your goals. I'm quite petite and my experience with previous trainers is that they've never really put my size into account. Their recommendations for daily calorie intake seemed extreme and the required supplements were expensive and hard to keep up with. Wes on the other hand, accounted every element and calculated everything. He was able to make sense of his recommendations purely based on numbers and facts, which is why I decided to train with him. When I came to Wes in June 2019, I was already on my own fitness journey doing kickboxing and other cardio-based classes. However, as hard as I was training I wasn't physically where I wanted to be and with my wedding coming in November 2019 I had to tone FAST! Wes and I worked on a program that focused on toning my abdomen, back, and arms.By November 2019, I actually surpassed my goal and hit MANY PRs that I never thought possible. Aside from fitting into my dress, my proudest accomplishments were my push ups and pull ups. My max rep used to be about 5 push ups, and had never been able to do a pull up in my entire life. After training with Wes, I am proud to say I can do 20+ push ups and 4 pull ups among many other things! This is physically the strongest I have ever been in my entire life and I owe it all to Wes.So if you are looking for a trainer who will challenge you and push you to do that extra rep, call you out on your bs and encourage you when you're in doubt, then Wes is definitely the trainer for you! I went to Wes for several sessions of training to fix my pain and he was not only very personable but also very knowledgeable. He taught me stretches and workouts to strengthen my back for better posture. I only had 4 sessions with him and my back has already gotten significantly better.
He keeps in contact with you and sends you workouts to do at home and he gives advice on what diets to take. He really cares for his client's well-being and health. Best money spent. I would recommend his training to anyone. read less
