Through all his knowledge and motivation, I have learned beyond just "doing a workout", I have learned how to do the exercises in detail, and why I should do them to benefit me. Training and working out with Wes is more than just a "workout" it's learning more about my body and things about it I had no idea of, and helps me live more pain free. What's great about Wes is that he pays so much attention to you as a client and really tailors your program for you. This includes how specifically you move and what you need in terms of moving and feeling better. Great guy to talk too as well. Definately does not live up to the "scary trainer" stigma. read less

His knowledge and passion towards his craft is respectable. Through him I also realized that my thousands of dollars spent on acupressure and Chiro would never stop unless I fix my movement and mobility. Previously I just thought this was to lose weight but now it has become so much more.
